Its starting to get warm here.  We've been working on our courtyard area. Nothing has ever been planted at this house, so we are starting from scratch. Lets just say we have a lot of ROCK here.  Slowly but surely we are adding new plants and trees. We will see what makes it through the winter.
We are also going to be having a busy summer as family and friends will be visiting.  Its a fun and exciting time.

So this is what we woke up to this morning.  Our new life in Colorado is this amazing everyday.  We are loving it here.  Whats funny is almost all of this was gone by this evening!! But....its snowing again.

Happy New Year

I had a wonderful holiday, but I'm happy its over.  We arrived home with 8-10" of snow on the ground.  We had to dig our driveway out before we could pull the cars in the driveway.  Our two dogs where real troupers on our trip back for the holiday.  We were able to visit family and friends.  I've signed up for some online classes and have started a daily embroidery where you just make stiches daily, just random stitches and by the end of the year you will have this fun piece to add to something.  I'm enjoying starting something new and creative.
