Today was a special day for me.  I had the pleasure of spending time with my parents.  They came to the City for a appointment, which gave us time to chat, laugh, share pictures.  After the appointment we got to spend a un- rushed lunch together.  I so enjoyed my day with them! 

Later this afternoon, my daughter posted something to read that said" 50 things a daughter and father should do together".  I had trouble downloading it, so I didn't read it, but sent her a message that I didn't know what it said, but I felt like her daddy was a pretty special dad.  By the way she has turned out to be the woman she has become.  She wrote me back saying you know what is funny is that the 50 things it said to do, that she and her dad had done.  She said yes, "he's a pretty big deal".  It made my heart sing!! 

I too have the same feeling as she does as my husband.  He's a" pretty big deal".  I knew that the day I meet him.  I knew he was a" pretty big deal".  He has always been so special to me and my children.  Know as grandparents, they too think he is "a pretty big deal". 

My parents a to me are a pretty big deal.  I have felt so much Joy today getting to spend time with both of them.  It was a "Pretty big deal".
