I have come to truly realize that when I'm not productive, I'm so out of sorts.  I just sit and stew on

things that really and truly don't matter.  It also gives me time to think about things that get me upset

in a place I really don't want to go.  So...getting out of my ritual, really does put me in a place I don't

enjoy being.  I have come to see really how much ritual works.

Getting back in the grove this week! I have to do it know matter what is going on that day.  I get up

early enough to do what I need to do, so if something else comes up I can have time to do that also.

GROUNDED, BALANCE!!!  I HAVE to be these two things!!!  Breathe!!  Yes! 

I talked with my sweet grand-daughter today!!  She is getting so grown up and she only 3!!  Love this sweetheart. I'm looking forward to having my two babies in a few weeks for the weekend.  Fun, fun, fun. 

We are still having some crazy HOT weather!!  Triple digits STILL!!!  I would really love to get out and do some fun yard work, also, do some outside painting (door) but its too HOT!!!  Our pond is leaking water, so we have to find where it is.  I miss the sound of the water.
